Welcome to HeyGorgeous App. By accessing or using our app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use.

1. Age Restriction

Our app is only available for users aged 13 and above. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Prohibited Actions

Users agree not to:

• Resell the service or share access with others.

• Interfere with the intended operation of the app.

• Access or collect information in unauthorized ways.

• Engage in unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent activities while using the app.

• Impersonate others or provide inaccurate information.

3. Refund Policy

Purchases and subscriptions are made through the Apple App Store, which processes all payments and refunds. To request a refund, please use Apple’s “Report a Problem” page (reportaproblem.apple.com). For other questions about your purchase, please contact support@heygorgeous.app.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• HeyGorgeous is not responsible for financial losses, damages, or other issues arising from the use of the app.

• We are not liable for content posted by users or actions taken by users while using the app.

• The app is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

5. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app for violations of these terms.

6. Standard Clauses

• These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms of Use shall first be attempted to be resolved through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. The ODR platform can be accessed at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

• If a resolution cannot be reached through the ODR platform, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Germany.

• If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
